Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

VS Croatian Imports LLC ("we," "us") operates vscroatianimports.com. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Trade and import-project inquiries. Our forms collect your name, business name, email address, and message. The import-project form also asks about the product category, origin, intended destination, quantity, timeline, and support requested so we can assess and respond to your project.
• Usage data. Our website infrastructure may collect standard server logs, including IP addresses, browser information, and requested pages, to operate and secure the site. We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand page visits, wine-sheet downloads, video engagement, import-service interest, shopping-referral clicks, contact-link clicks, and whether an inquiry was sent successfully. Accepted inquiries are recorded by the contact server after our email provider accepts them; this does not prove Inbox receipt. Anonymous campaign labels may be stored in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not send inquiry names, email addresses, business names, or message text to analytics.

How we use information

• To respond to wine trade inquiries and provide pricing and availability to licensed businesses, and to assess and respond to import-service projects.
• To operate, maintain, and improve this website.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
• This site does not sell products online and does not process payments.

Third-party services

This website runs on privately managed infrastructure. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the site, and Resend delivers inquiry emails. We use self-hosted Umami analytics at analytics.babicconsulting.com. Google Fonts supplies website fonts, and the Trapan page embeds a YouTube video. These external services may receive technical information when your browser connects to them and have their own privacy policies.

Shopping links

Links to Boutique Croatian Wines open its separate retail website. That site handles consumer orders and has its own privacy and sales policies. Our links include campaign labels identifying VS as the referral source and the link placement; they do not include inquiry details or personal identifiers.
